By using our services, you agree that faqbusinesstraining.com is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold faqbusinesstraining.com liable for any actions you take, nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by faqbusinesstraining.com.

UNDERTAKING FAQ BUSINESS TRAINING COURSES
You understand and acknowledge:
- All course material is generic in nature
- We do not know your circumstances and therefore some of the content may not be applicable to your situation (for instance you may be the exception to the rule)
- You will seek individual advice from a trusted advisor where required (including but not limited to where legal, financial or accounting advice is required)
- You will not share or redistribute the information in whole or part, but rather use for yourself and your own business only
- By signing up to training from us you agree to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list but you acknowledge you may miss key information.
- Courses are intended to remain on the platform. We reserve the right to give 120 days notice to withdraw a course.
- You can ask questions/comment within the courses. Please remain polite and PG rated.
- You do not gain access to the membership group unless you are a paid member.
- Payments and most taxes etc are managed by Teachable.
FAQBT BUSINESS GROWTH MEMBERSHIP
The FAQBT Business Growth Membership is largely a self-directed training. No one-on-one training is provided but there will be some group coaching calls provided. In addition to the general terms above please note the additional terms around the membership:
- Not all courses contained on faqbusinesstraining.com are included in the FAQBT Growth Membership.
- Implementable training courses are generally excluded from the membership as are premium courses, coaching etc
- Some bonuses offered from time to time (not always included) like a discovery call, SEO keywords, directory listing are only available on completion of a questionnaire, and/or provision of additional information.
- We have a Facebook group for community building purposes but you can also ask questions/comment within the courses. Please remain polite and PG rated.
- Non-payment of fees will result in your access being removed from the courses and the group. If you later rejoin we can not guarantee access to your past course completion information, and your fee will go to the then current rate.
- Foundation member pricing, rolling discounted pricing only applies while you remain an ongoing paid-up member. If you leave and rejoin you will come back at the then current rate.
- Payments and most taxes etc are managed by Teachable.
AUD PRICING PLANS AND GST
Because we like to do the right thing and we are an Australian GST registered business, we are managing GST by manually calculating GST on AUD plan course purchases. This means your purchase price includes GST and your invoice makes a note of that. If you are Australian GST registered and able to claim GST, the GST figure needs to be calculated by you as the course price divided by 11. We have noted this on the sales page and have generally done the calculation for you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
faqbusinesstraining.com
handles returns and processes
refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days
of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your
complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely return of
the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full excluding your
return postage cost. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the
same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion
of
faqbusinesstraining.com and return postage may be the buyer’s
responsibility.
As online goods can be consumed immediately it is quite generous to offer a refund when you have already consumed the product. If you really feel we led you astray of course we will refund you! But do please read our sales page before buying as a core business value of ours is transparency.
We reserve the right if you act fraudulently to take legal action to protect our rights and recover any money.
